Booking
By paying your deposit to confirm your space with BC Powder Hounds, you are agreeing to our Booking Terms and Conditions below (the “Terms of Booking”).
Please read the following Terms of Booking:
All rates and deposits are in Canadian Funds, and that an allowance will be made for exchange if payment is in foreign currency. Rates are subject to change without notice.
For hut trips your initial deposit is equal to 25% of the trip cost and is non-refundable.
For day trips your initial deposit is $150, which is non-refundable.
Full payments for all 2024/25 lodge trips are due and payable by October 1st 2024.
Full payments for day trips are due 2 months before trip start date.
Cancellation Policy
In all cases of guest cancellation or change, the following cancellation policy will apply:
All cancellations must be received by email to mlabuda.ml@gmail.com
If you can find a replacement guest for the same booking (name change), you will incur no financial penalties.
If the trip is canceled by BCPH (due to injury or illness) a full refund will be issued.
Trips will not be canceled due to weather or snow conditions; snow stability conditions or health related issues.
All trips are non-refundable.
We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation/interruption and medical travel insurance that will cover circumstances that would necessitate trip cancellation.
